Fluid Batteries
Fluid batteries are very traditional in their technology, known to be the first battery technology which gained international reputation and wide usage. The batteries mainly contain of positive and negative plates sorted in + (Plus) and – (Minus) rows. In between the plates, the separators are inserted to prevent short circuit. At specific manufacturing stages (dependent on Manufacturer), the liquid acid is filled into the batteries. Fluid batteries and not maintenance-free batteries and are known to be of high total cost of ownership. But still in many sectors, they are highly demanded due their high stability and robustness.
